The new Generation 2 VENN tenor sax reeds take all of the positive elements of the original VENN sax reeds and improved upon them. The new models have improved flexibility which finally gives a synthetic with Full Dynamic Range (a common complaint with other synthetics & the Gen 1 models)

The material & manufacturing process has been improved to eliminate the issues of fiber fraying after use nor the need for a sealing layer of tape. Finally, the strengths of the VENN Gen 2 reeds offer strengths that more accurately line up to a cane reed strength. So less guess work on finding the right strength..
