How does the rental application process work?

• Once your rental application has been submitted, we will send you an email acknowledging its receipt and confirming the details submitted.
• Once an application is approved, we will contact you to advise the expected dispatch date of your product. Most items are dispatched within two working days.
• We do not debit your account for the first payment until your goods have been dispatched from our store.
