The Vandoren V5 are designed for all round playing. The smaller sizes (brand V5) are designed specifically to play with ease across all registers, with a compact and centred sound. The larger sizes (branded V5 Jazz) are designed to be more open, suitable for more commercial styles of playing, with great bredth of sound.
