Shipping: Australian Orders: 

Please Note: We cannot be held responsible for late delivery of items via Australia Post or Courier services.

We send the vast majority of our online orders through Auspost and request a signature on delivery. This is to ensure that your order is delivered to you. If you would like to have your online order left on your property you will need to sign up through the Auspost website and change the delivery option to leave in a safe place. All our Instrumet deliveries are sent via courier service, either StarTrack or TNT(Business to business only).

Most orders are sent from our Moorabbin Melbourne store as this store stocks the largest range of inventory.
Items will be sent from other stores where it is available and is nearest to our purchaser.

Depending on area of country that you are in, and delivery service you choose, expect delivery 1-7 days.

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

Items over the standard Australia Post delivery size are not included in this offer.
Used items sold on consignment and items sold at educational pricing outside our local delivery zones.

Shipping: International Orders Outside Australia:
International orders are shipped from Australia by air mail, or by a specific type of service, varies by country and depends on the amount of available insurance coverage obtainable. We will always compare various methods of shipping to keep the cost as low as possible. Import tax and duties are the buyers responsibility for purchasers out side Australia.

Returns Policy:
Return of the products is subject to a number of requirements:
You can purchase items from Ozwinds Brass and Woodwind with confidence because every item we sell comes with our highest recommendation. If you are not completely satisfied or the item is not what you expected, just return it to us within 10 days along with sales receipt.

*We offer a 7 day satisfaction period as of the day the item is received.


If returning a product, it must be in new condition and with its original packaging. (* Opened boxes of reeds are not returnable) Please note that instruments or mouthpieces which were originally sent on a trial basis are not returnable after the trial period.
** Special orders and freight are non-refundable **

Goods being returned remain your property and responsibility until received by us. Refunds will be made within 7 days of receipt by our warehouse. You will be responsible for shipping the unwanted items back to us and are liable for all freight charges. Any returns that are received outside of these terms will not be accepted. Details of where to send your item will be provided. If we have shipped a item or items in error (incorrect item/s supplied, Ozwinds Brass and Woodwind will pay for return costs, and resend corrected items at our expense.

Instruments Trial Period:
All Ozwinds Brass and Woodwind instruments, except special orders, may be sent on a 7 day trial period (plus shipping time).

Damage in Shipment:
Please examine your order immediately upon receipt for any damage. All instruments and accessories are examined and verified to be in perfect when packed. All packaging is according to the standards of the prevailing carrier. Regardless of the appearance of the carton, any instrument or accessory received in a damaged condition has occurred while in transit and must be reported at once to the carrier. If your order was shipped via Australia Post, please contact your local postal service office immediately. They will need your name and address, along with our name and shipper ID number. This information appears on the carton label. Please retain the carton, packaging, and damaged contents for postal inspection. We will make arrangements to inspect and return the merchandise to us. Then contact a service representative of OzWinds to assist you with product replacement. All claims must be filed within 3 days after the receipt of order. Please follow the above instructions, as they are for your protection.
