The "B & S" Perantucci PT-15 F-tuba, a further development of the PT-10, utilizes a different leadpipe, main tuning slide and bell configuration to gain added depth and breadth of sound. This is a progressive design, adjusted to the needs of contemporary artists who require maximum weight, volume, efficiency and dynamic range. These objectives have been met while retaining the scintillating tone and solid response for which "B & S" Perantucci F-tubas are famous.
Five rotary valve with double Minibal linkages. Available in regular or full gold brass in either lacquer or high quality silverplate finish. Nickel-silver inner and outer slides, ferrules, braces and trim. Gold brass leadpipe. Bell 42cm, height 92 cm. Graduated Bore 0.750" to 0.825" (19-21 Mm.) Includes a Perantucci mouthpiece of your choice and standard service accessories. Cases for the instruments are available upon request. Standard case charges are $560 for a heavy duty gig bag and $1,200 for a hard shell case. Others are available, but do vary in price and quality, jusk ask upon enquiry.
