One of the reasons Legere players like the Signature Series reeds is that they are a great deal more responsive in all registers. Signature Series reeds are made from a more dense material, allowing the reed to be cut substantially thinner.

Professionals prefer the Signature Series reeds, which produce a warm, rich tone in all registers. Signature Series reeds are made from a stiffer material and are cut thinner than our Classic reeds. These changes make the Signature Series reeds more flexible across the tip, producing a full spectrum of overtones and a beautiful sound with minimum effort.

This reed is recommended for intermediate and advanced players in control of their playing style, but can be enjoyed by players of all levels.
