Our certified technicians put the instrument through a comprehensive testing and adjustment process to ensure that it is ready to play with optimal performance from the moment you receive it.

Every new instrument setup with our TECH-ASSURE™ process which goes through a rigorous checklist so you can be assured that you are getting the best out of your new instrument.

We know the absolute importance of our TECH-ASSURE™ professional instrument setup to get your instrument playing at its peak, so don’t settle for anything less.

Our 13-Point Professional Set-up includes.

1. All transit packing and corks from the manufacturer are removed.
2. Thorough visual check for any wood or plating defects.
   
3. All pads checked for quality.
   
4. Test all pad seatings & key adjustments using a feeler gauge.
   
5. All key corks and felts checked, adjusted to set vent heights.
   
6. Regulate and adjust keywork as required.
   
7. All spring tensions checked and adjusted to create a balanced feel across the instrument.
   
8. Test final pad seal with a Magnehelic air pressure test.
   
9. Check joint tenons for correct fit and adjust.
   
10. Tenon corks checked for cork quality and greased.
    
11. Play test from top to bottom.
    
12. Case inspected for quality, instrument fit and accessories.
    
13. Instrument cleaned and carefully repacked.
