This is my first Shagerl trumpet having owned and played many trumpets over the years. Bang for buck you will not find better! Straight from the case the valves were better than my Schilke. The finish was better than my Bach and even the case was better than my Yamaha. It has a warm sound and slots beautifully. Very much worth the dollars for student or professional alike. Highly recommended!
